1. Who runs the program
The program is operated by Bernat Pallicer Seguí, trading as SUSPIK, from Spain. Operator and contact details are in our Terms of use. Contact partners@suspik.com for creator-partnership questions. You must be at least 18 and apply using your own creator account.
Sending an application does not activate a referral link or guarantee acceptance. No membership purchase or payment is required to apply. Founder places are limited; we do not advertise an invented closing date or count of remaining places.
2. Your free year
When you join as an approved Founding Affiliate, you receive 12 months of SUSPIK, including 24 regular cases plus 2 extras delivered across the year, a vote on future cases, and your creator code and link. The gift is not a subscription charge and does not authorize future billing.
There is no requirement to publish three posts, meet a fixed posting schedule or guarantee sales. If the product is not for you, tell us. A review of future benefits does not shorten a free year already promised.
3. Commission levels
Annual memberships start at 40%. The monthly sales thresholds are 42% from US$490, 44% from US$1,480, and 45% from US$2,960. Each month’s rate is the highest level reached in the previous three calendar months. Earlier sales are not automatically recalculated at a later rate.
Single cases: 35% on eligible sales with your code. Annual renewals: 15% on each eligible renewal while the referred member keeps renewing. The commission levels are guaranteed for three years from joining. Any terms for new sales after that period will be explained before they apply and will not rewrite commissions already earned.
The planned annual audience price is US$109.99, or US$98.99 with a creator code. The exact commission calculation base, valid-sale definition, treatment of taxes and refunded or disputed orders, and any applicable holding period must be confirmed with you in writing before activation. The public calculator is illustrative, not a forecast of earnings.
4. Attribution and payment
The program offers a 60-day referral window after a visitor clicks an approved link. The link and attribution rules must be confirmed before activation, including how codes, competing referrals and renewals are treated. Visiting these recruitment pages does not itself create an affiliate-tracking cookie.
Commissions are paid monthly, with a US$25 minimum. The payment method, payout timing, required payment information, treatment of a balance below the minimum and final settlement are confirmed in writing before you start. Do not send banking or tax documents through the application form.
Membership and case sales are currently closed. Submitting an application or using the calculator does not create sales, earnings or a payment obligation for you.
5. Honest content and disclosure
Use your own voice and describe your actual experience. A gift does not require a positive review. Clearly disclose the free access and commission relationship close to each endorsement. For example: “Ad — SUSPIK gave me access, and I earn a commission if you buy with my code.” A platform partnership label may help but does not replace a clear explanation where one is needed.
Keep solutions and paid evidence spoiler-free. Do not invent sales results, earnings, reviews, real crimes or personal experience. We do not receive a general license to reuse your videos or likeness just because you apply; any reuse permission must be agreed separately. See the FTC disclosure guide.
6. Leaving, changes and your information
You may withdraw your application or ask to end the relationship by emailing partners@suspik.com. Earned commissions and eligible renewals remain governed by your accepted agreement. Material changes require appropriate notice and agreement and do not retroactively reduce completed-sale commissions.
Your final activation agreement will state the applicable termination, fraud and dispute rules. Our Privacy policy explains application data, retention and your rights. These program terms do not replace buyer rights or the terms of an earlier purchase.
